1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the king11 website accessible at king11.onl and all associated services, games, and features.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by the Player on the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all transactions on king11.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, or incentive offered by king11 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal is permitted.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, depositing funds, or using any feature of the king11 Platform, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 21 years of age;
• Are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full;
• Have read and accepted the king11 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Are not acting on behalf of any third party and are using your own payment methods.

king11 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino, or slots features on king11, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

king11 permits only one Account per Player. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, king11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or pending withdrawals without notice.

Players are responsible for keeping their account information current. king11 may require Players to submit identity verification documents, including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or utility bill, at any stage. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

4. Age Verification

king11 operates a strict 21+ age policy across all products on the Platform. Players must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, bet, or participate in any game offered by king11. By creating an Account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement.

king11 may request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where the Player is found to be under 21 years of age will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage Player will be returned to the original payment source; any winnings generated will be forfeited in full.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on king11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. king11 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.

Minimum deposit: ৳300 per transaction. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. king11 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile wallet or bank provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one to six hours for standard accounts and are subject to identity verification. king11 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Where a Player has received a Bonus, wagering requirements must be satisfied before the Bonus portion of a balance is eligible for withdrawal.

king11 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any transaction it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, in breach of these Terms, or connected to money laundering or other criminal activity.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time king11 may offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and BPL or IPL season specials. All promotions are subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions that apply to all king11 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. king11 may restrict any promotion to new registrations, verified accounts, or Players from specific regions of Bangladesh.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in forfeiture of any remaining Bonus balance.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain games, including some live dealer tables and progressive jackpot slots, may be excluded from Bonus wagering.
• Withdrawing real-money funds before wagering requirements are complete will result in the cancellation of any active Bonus and associated winnings.
• king11 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in disqualification from the promotion and potential account closure.

7. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on king11 are final once confirmed. Players accept that settlement of sports bets is conducted according to king11's published sports betting rules, which take into account the official result declared by the relevant governing body (such as ICC, BCB, FIFA, or BPL). In the event of a dispute, the ruling of king11's Trading Team is final.

For casino games and slots, all results are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems provided by king11's licensed software partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. king11 makes no representation regarding the outcome of any individual game session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on king11:

• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or software to place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players to influence the outcome of any game or market;
• Placing bets with the intention of circumventing wagering requirements (bonus abuse);
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corrupt activity;
• Placing opposing bets on the same market across multiple accounts to guarantee a Bonus-funded profit (arbitrage with Bonus funds).

Any breach of these conduct rules will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

king11 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Players who feel their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion, deposit limit, and session time-out tools available within the Account settings. king11 enforces a strict 21+ policy. The Platform also maintains the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where internal monitoring identifies patterns consistent with problem gambling, even without a Player's explicit request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the king11 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, interface designs, software, and data — is the property of king11 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from king11.

10. Privacy and Data

king11 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. king11 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and at rest.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, king11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses caused by system downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment delays. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

king11 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary downtime. king11 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

king11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it has reason to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other criminal purposes;
• The Player has provided false identity or age information;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to king11.

Upon closure for breach, king11 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance. Upon voluntary closure by the Player, any remaining real-money balance (net of Bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten business days.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to king11's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint by contacting [email protected]. king11 aims to resolve all complaints within ten business days of receipt.

14. Amendments to Terms

king11 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
